My cousins friend bought recently Cadillac EXT, for bargain price considering that some of the seats had knife slashes and the windshield had bullet holes. I would like to obtain one too.

You can try calling the police department or using one of those car auction listing services if they don’t want to tell you when their next auction is. http://www.mycarauctionreview.com has a couple of sites you can use.

Our local police hold the auction twice a year. Advertised in the local paper. Check their website..
