There is a guy in every town that knows where they have them, some auctions are dealer only but be careful someone may be trying to scam you with such talk. Trust me I know.
And also they advertise it in the Classified of the local paper.
Try Copart. I am a member. They are supposed to be making it so you do not require a business license. I have bought about 12 cars from them. Nice stuff at times…
