		<description>If you don&#039;t have a title, you don&#039;t own the vehicle.  If you needed an inspection in CA to get the title, that is where you will have to get the inspection done.  Of course you could sell it as a parts vehicle even without a title if you like.  But if you intend to get title, looks like it&#039;s road trip time.  And if you have it in FL you will have to trailer it back,you can&#039;t drive it.</description>

		<description>this is called your government at work/have to go to ca with car/those junk cars just aint worth it/wait till the stove starts to fall apart and you cant get insurance on it/they used to have to call them junk but they got it changed to salvage</description>
